Auxvasse Code of Ordinances
As of 2019, the City of Auxvasse has reviewed it's ordinances and has organized them in to a new City Code. This code of ordinances can be viewed at City Hall or online through the link above. Ordinances are uploaded through Municode ever six months. There may be ordinances that have recently been passed that do not show up on here. City of Auxvasse offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Please call 1-573-386-2227 to pay your bill over the phone with a debit or credit card. Be sure to stay on the line until you receive your confirmation # of your payment.
- The bill should be available for payment by the 1st working day of each month. You will have from the 1st to the 15th to pay without any penalties. After the 15th the amount due will include a $25 penalty.
- PLEASE NOTE: A $35.00 fee is added onto all monthly payments not made by 5:00 p.m. (CT) on the 25th of each month.
- You must have a valid email address in order to use the online payment option. You must receive an email to verify your payment is processed. Please contact our office at 573-386-2227 immediately if you do not receive an email.
- If you have any questions, please contact our office during regular business hours 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (CT) Monday through Friday.
Payment Drop-Off Location
Customers must pay their water bill at United Security Bank through the 15th of each month, located at 101 E Walnut. You may go inside or use the drive through. After the 15th of each month then you must pay inside City Hall due to billing purposes. You may also pay by calling 1-573-386-2227 to pay your bill over the phone with a debit or credit card. Be sure to stay on the line until you receive your confirmation # of your payment.
United Security Bank Hours
Lobby hours are Monday through Friday - 8 a.m. through 3 p.m.
Drive through hours are Monday - Friday - 8 a.m. through 4 p.m. Saturdays - 8 a.m. through noon.
You may also drop your payment off in the bank night drop. Please put payment in an envelope with your name and address on it to assure that it is applied to your account.

To register: You will need to create a user id and password. After that you will want to "Link" your account. Once your account has been linked then you will be able to view your account. When entering your account number: you will need to add a -1 to the end of your account number if there is not already one listed on your account number.
Here are detailed instructions for how to sign up for the portal:
- Go to https://auxvasse.currentsoftware.app
- Create your account by clicking "Sign Up" in the top right corner.
- Continue through the steps and enter your personal information to finalize your new account.
- Once the account is set up, look for "Profile Settings" in the top right (after clicking your name) to add a saved payment method and configure autopay.
- If you were previously enrolled in autopay you will need to re-enter that information in the new portal.

Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account on the 15th of each month. To set up Automated Bank Draft, you may set that up in the payment portal once you register your account online. You also have the option to come into City Hall and fill out a bank draft form. You will need to provide a voided check that shows your account number and bank routing number.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon to P.O. Box 489, Auxvasse, MO 65231. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment in plenty of time for it to be received by the 15ht.
Payment Through Your Financial Institution - Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
